Jackson has had quite an amazing week of outings. Chris and I decided that we wanted to give Jaxs a gift that he can carry with him for the rest of his life and to also pass down to his children, therefore, we decided to get a bear. Where is the best place to get a bear... Build a Bear. We went to Build a bear and built him the cutest little teddy bear. we got to pick him out, stuff him, and place a cute little heart in the bear filled with a wish. I can't tell you the wish because it won't come true, but all Chris and I want out of this life is for Jaxs to live to his fullest potential and be happy. We decided that we wanted to dress his Bear up, so we bought him an outfit, a Thor outfit. Jackson's bear is now called Thor bear; he has a birth certificate and everything. We wanted to give him a superhero bear because for Jackson's month-to-month pictures of his first year of life, his month-tomonth stickers are superhero based. We are going to be placing him, with his superber month tie sticker on a onesie next to his bear, which will show his growth over a year. We were so excited to make him this bear and to see his growth.
Jackson also came with me to the Eye Doctors where I received glasses. After so many years of not wearing glasses, ever, the doctor prescribed me the lowest prescription ever; it is only meant to make things look sharper. I can wear them, not wear them, but I must admit, they are pretty shnazzy.
This was Jackson's first day of church. We kept him from "overly" crowded places because: 1. He is so dang cute people will want to touch him and 2. people have germs. Because Jackson was a Premie and his immune system was still developing, the doctor suggested we keep him from corded places. After the two weeks, Jaxs just had some slight congestion and we did not want to make matters worse, so we kept him indoors and away from overly crowded places. After a couple weeks of having Jaxs stay inside, we finally took him to church this past Sunday. It was so amazing to see everyone reaction to our adorable son and to remember that families are forever. I am very grateful that I believe in an amazing religion that teaches us many amazing things and for Jackson to grow up with great values.
I wanted to take pictures with Jackson and his new Thor Bear but he was not pleased. These are one of the many pictures that I took of him, and as you can see from his expression, he was not happy. We are going to be taking family pictures soon and I am so excited because by looking at the photos I take, we are in need of some help.
